Return Policy
We want to create a positive shopping experience at MOMNI. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, please read and follow the return policy to process your return or exchange.
- All returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY, and customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the shipment date.
- Sale items, handbags, jewelry, sunglasses, hats, and shoes are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and all tags must be attached.
- Momni reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet all return requirements. Items returned with stains and/or odor of any kind will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
- In the event your returned item gets lost, stolen or damaged, Momni will not be responsible for any reimbursement.
Return Process
- Contact hello@momniboutique.com for availability of desired exchange items.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of delivery. Momni will send an email confirmation when your return has been received.
- Please email your return request at hello@momniboutique.com. Once your order is reviewed and approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Any return that is received without an RA will be refused.
- Once we have received and reviewed your returned item(s), you will receive email verification.
