Refund policy

We want to create a positive shopping experience at MOMNI. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, please read and follow the return policy to process your return or exchange.

All returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY, and customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the shipment date.
Sale items, handbags, jewelry, sunglasses, hats, and lingerie are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned.
Merchandise must be unworn, and unwashed and all tags must be attached.
Only returns that have been approved by MOMNI will be accepted. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet all return requirements.
In the event your returned item gets lost, stolen, or damaged, MOMNI will not be responsible for any reimbursement.
